Vacancy - Administrative Officer

We are seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated individual to join our team on full-time basis.


The Role

As part of the administration team, the role will consist of administering day-to-day duties required to ensure the smooth running of the department. This includes issuance of contract notes in a timely manner and in accordance with the regulatory requirements, administering initial public offers, reconciliations and other general office duties.


About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual with the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure, with a hands-on approach to work and ‘can do’ attitude. You must also be a committed team player, meticulous and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to client service excellence.



Job Requirements

• Diploma in Banking and Finance or two years of experience in a similar role

• Numeracy and Analytical skills

• IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent written and spoken Maltese and English
