Bank of Valletta plc – Board Meeting to be held

Bank of Valletta p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday 26 October 2012 to:

i) consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2012.

ii) consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting.
