Crimsonwing plc – Approval of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements

Crimsonwing plc announced that the board of directors approved the interim consolidated financial statements for the financial period ending 30th September 2012.

The Company registered a profit before tax of EUR 512,252, compared to a  EUR 16,997 loss registered in 2011. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 8,675,311, a rise of 12% from 2011. EPS increased to EUR 0.0183.
