MaltaPost p.l.c. announced that an agreement has been entered into with Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. whereby a subsidiary of the Company will be appointed as agent of Middlesea Insurance p.l.c.

This agreement is subject to regulatory approval/s as required in terms of law.
