Corinthia Finance plc announced that the Board of Directors has approved the Company’s Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2012.

The Company registered a profit before tax of EUR 32,363, compared to EUR 50,776 registered in 2011. Finance income for the period under review amounted to EUR 3.1m, a decline of 11% from 2011.
