Island Hotels Group Holdings plc announced that other than the issuing of the relevant MEPA permits for the Oasis project at Golden Sands which was announced by Company Announcement 39/2013 issued on 22 February 2013, the Board of Directors hereby announces that since the publication on 22 February 2013 of its preliminary statement of annual results for the financial period ended 31 October 2012, no material events and/or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company and its controlled undertakings, such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.
