Loqus Holding plc – Announces approval of half-yearly report

Loqus Holding plc announced that the directors have approved the half‐yearly report of the Company for the six months ended 31st December 2012.

The Company registered a loss of EUR 282,998 for the period. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 1.6m. Meanwhile, Loss per share amounted to EUR 0.001.
