Eden Finance plc – Approval of Annual Financial Statements

Eden Finance plc announced that the Board of Directors of Eden Finance plc, at a meeting held on April 30, 2013 approved the company’s annual report and financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2012.

The Company registered a profit before tax of EUR 33,140, compared to EUR 36,242 registered in 2011. Finance income for the period under review amounted to EUR 1,049,283, a decline of 0.07% from 2011. EPS decreased to EUR 0.043.
