Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that Mr Christian Lemmerich retired as Chairman and Director of the Bank following upon the 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Mr Michael C Bonello (ID Card No 575745M) of 18/5, Sir Adrian Dingli Street, Sliema was appointed Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
