Tigne’ Mall plc – Approval of Financial Results and Declaration of final payment to MIDI plc

Tigne' Mall plc announced that the Board of Directors met on June 21, 2013 and approved the Financial Results of the Company for the period January 1, 2013 to April 30, 2013. In accordance with the commitment detailed in the Company's Prospectus dated March 20, 2013, the Board declared a final net payment of EUR174,946 to MIDI plc and Tigne' Contracting Limited in respect of the profits generated prior to the Combined Offer for the said period.
