Plaza Centres plc – Interim Financial Statements approved

Plaza Centres p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors met on Monday 15 July 2013 and approved the Company’s attached Interim Unaudited Financial Statements for the half-year ended 30 June 2013.

The Company  registered a profit before tax of EUR 605,474, compared to EUR 685,013 registered in 2012. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 1.04m, a decline of 7.5% from 2012. EPS decreased to EUR 0.013.
