Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 25th September, 2013 in order to:

1. Consider and approve, the Company’s Financial Statements for the six month period ending on 31st July, 2013.

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of an interim dividend on all Ordinary Shares held by shareholders on the Register as on 4th October, 2013.
