Bank of Valletta plc – Board Meeting to be held – FY2013 Financial Results

Bank of Valletta p.l.c. announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday 31 October 2013 to: 

i) consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2013. 

 

ii) consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's Annual General Meeting.
