RS2 Software p.l.c. announced that it has been informed by Barclays Bank p.l.c. that it holds 7,756,250 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 18.25% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached. 

The threshold of 15% was surpassed on 4 November 2013.
