The company announced that its board of directors are  scheduled to meet on March 11, 2014 to:

I. consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2013; and

 

II. consider the declaration of a dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
