Lombard Bank Malta plc – Notice of Board Meeting

 Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday, 14 March 2014 to:- 

 

(i) Approve the Group’s and the Bank’s final Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended  31 December 2013. 

(ii) Consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting. 

 

The Bank also announced that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 24 April 2014.
