AX Investments plc – Suspension of trading

AX Investments plc will be giving holders of the 6.7% AX Investments plc Bonds 2014 – 2016 preference to subscribe to the new bonds by surrendering the maturing bonds, subject to the Listing Authority granting its approval.

The company therefore announces that the cut-off date for such eligibility shall be February 3, 2014.

The last trading date of the EUR 11.6 million 6.7% AX Investments plc bonds 2014 – 2016 shall be January 29, 2014 and trading in the maturing bonds shall be suspended as from close of business on January 30, 2014.
