Island Hotels Group Holdings plc announced that a board meeting will be held on 21 February 2014 to:

1) Review and approve the Consolidated Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 October 2013, and

2) Consider the declaration of a dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
