Malita Investments plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 25 February 2014 to:

1. consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.

2. consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
