RS2 Software plc announced that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on the 22nd April 2014 to: 

 

1. Consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013. 

 

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend to be recommended to the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
