FIMBank plc – FIMFactors’ Share Aquisition

FIMBank plc announced that FIMFactors B.V. acquired two million, six hundred and eighty-two thousand, two hundred and sixty (2,682,260) ordinary shares, the equivalent of forty per centum (40%) of the ordinary shares in the capital of CIS Factors Holding B.V. Accordingly, FIMFactors B.V. now holds eighty per centum (80%) of the ordinary shares of CIS Factors Holding B.V. 

The acquisition forms part of FIMBank’s Group strategy to further develop and strengthen its international network in the factoring business.
