Grand Harbour Marina plc – Resignation of Senior Officer

Grand Harbour Marina plc announced that Mr Ben Stuart has resigned his position as General Manager of the Company and will leave the Company on February 28, 2014. The operations of the Company shall continue to be vested in the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and its finance team, and marina management shall continue to vest in Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Limited. 

The Board of Directors have expressed their gratitude to Mr Ben Stuart for his years of service to the Company.
