Medserv plc announced that the board of directors is scheduled to meet on the March 28, 2014 to:

1. Consider, and if thought fit approve the Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2013;

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend.
