Corinthia Finance plc – Approval of Financial Statements

Corinthia Finance plc announced that the Board of Directors has approved the company's financial statements for the year ended December 31,2013.

The company registered a profit before tax of €20.1 million, compared to €32.4 million registered in 2012. Finance income for the period under review amounted to €3 million, a decline of 5% from 2012.
