HSBC Bank Malta plc – AGM Held

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that at yesterday's Annual General Meeting, all the Ordinary Resolutions on the agenda were approved in accordance with the Bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association. 

Furthermore an Ordinary Resolution – Special Business to issue one (1) new share for every nine (9) shares presently held to registered members on the register of members as at close of trading on the Malta Stock Exchange on the April 29, 2014 was also approved. The bonus shares will be available for trading by the shareholders at the opening of business on April 30, 2014. 

An election of Directors was also held. The following gentlemen/ lady were appointed / elected to sit on the Bank’s Board of Directors:
