Island Hotels Group Holdings plc – Sale of Coastline Hotel

Island Hotels Group Holdings plc announced that the company sold its shares in Coastline Hotel Limited (“CHL”) to Claret Holdings Limited, a company registered in Malta with registration number C39960 and with its registered office at European School of English, Paceville Avenue, St. Julians (“Claret”). 

The completion of the sale was conditional on a number of conditions precedent. Such conditions have been satisfied and accordingly the Promise of Sale Agreement has become unconditional and the shares in CHL have been transferred in favour of Claret.
