Malta International Airport plc – Announces Board Meeting

Malta International Airport plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 30th July 2014 to consider and, if considered appropriate, approve the Company’s Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30th June 2014.

It is also expected that the Board of Directors will consider the payment of an interim dividend during this meeting.
