Pursuant to such approval, the Company announces that its listed shares shall be suspended as from 7th October 2014 and the shares are expected to be re-listed with the Company's new status as a property holding company on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange as from the 9th October 2014 and to re-commence trading on the 10th October 2014.
