HSBC Bank Malta plc – Annual General Meeting Held

HSBC Bank Malta plc announced that it held its Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2015 where all the Ordinary Resolutions on the agenda were approved in accordance with the Bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Furthermore an Ordinary Resolution – Special Business to issue one (1) new share for every nine (9) shares presently held to registered members on the register of members as at close of trading on the Malta Stock Exchange on the 29 April 2015 was also approved.

The bonus shares will be available for trading by the shareholders at the opening of business on 30 April 2015.
