Bank of Valletta plc – Board meeting to be held re interim results

Bank of Valletta p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors of the bank is scheduled to meet on Thursday 30 April 2015 to:

1. Consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's interim financial statements for the six months ended 31 March 2015.

2. Consider, and if thought fit, declare an interim dividend.
