Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that the 68 th Annual General Meeting of the company shall be convened on Thursday 25th June, 2015. Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Monday 27th April, 2015 and not later than noon of Monday 11th May, 2015.
