Island Hotels Group Holdings plc announced that the meeting of the holders of the €35,000,000 6% Bonds due 2024 (the “Bondholders”) issued by the Company in terms of the Prospectus dated 6 May 2014, held on Wednesday 20 May 2015, approved the resolution on the agenda.
