Central Business Centres plc issued the following Company Announcement pursuant to the Listing Rules.

The Company wishes to announce that with reference to the Malta Stock Exchange plc Exchange Notice No. 1240, the listing of EUR 3,000,000 5.25% Central Business Centres plc Unsecured Bonds 2025 have been admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange plc with effect from yesterday Monday the 28th day of December, 2015 whilst trading of the same shall commence today Tuesday the 29th day of December, 2015.
