Malta International Airport plc – Announces Board Meeting to approve the Financial Statements as at 31st December 2015

 Malta International Airport plc announced that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 24th February 2016 to consider and approve the Company’s Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2015.

The Board of Directors shall also consider whether to declare and make a recommendation to the shareholders for the payment of a dividend.
