GO p.l.c. (“the Company”) issued the following Company Announcement pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Thursday 11 February 2016:

 

i. to consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2015;

 

ii. to consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
