“The Company announces that it has been approached by a third party with proposals for a potential mixed-use development which would incorporate the Company’s St. George's Exchange site in St Julians. The Company is currently engaged in discussions regarding various aspects of the proposed project, particularly to explore the suggested uses of the site and the nature and extent of the Company's eventual involvement. The Board of Directors will make additional announcements as and when necessary.”
