Tigne Mall plc announced that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Friday April 15, 2016 to:

– Consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2015.

– Consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend to be recommended to the Company's Annual General Meeting.
