GlobalCapital plc – Annual General Meeting – Record Date et.

GlobalCapital plc draws the attention of its Members to the announcement issued on 27th June 2016 that the Company’s Annual General Meeting is to be held on 29th July 2016. 

Accordingly, the 29th June 2016 is the Record Date on which all members then on the Register of Members are entitled to receive notice of, participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting, and appoint directors or vote in the election of directors pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company. 

The Company reminds its members that nominations, in writing of candidates for the election of directors to take place at the forthcoming Annual General have been and remain open until Friday 15th July 2016 at 1700hrs. 

Nominations are to be sent to the Company Secretary, GlobalCapital plc, Testaferrata Street, Ta` Xbiex, XBX 1403. Nominations must be on the prescribed forms available from the Company.
