Midi plc announces that, 

The €50,000,000 4% MIDI p.l.c Secured Bonds have been admitted to the Malta Stock Exchange with effect from 3rd August 2016 and,

The temporary suspension of trading in the 7% EUR bonds 2016-2018 and 7% GBP bonds 2016-2018, due to the bond exchange programme, trading in these issues will resume on the 4th of August.
