MIDI plc – Half-Yearly Report

The group registered a loss before tax of €1.14 million, compared to a loss of €0.64 million registered in 2015. Revenue for the period under review amounted to €3.91 million a decline of 41% from 2015. Earnings per share decreased to €0.004.

The figures in the interim results of 2015 were significantly impacted by an aggregate net tax credit of €3.9 million, which was due to a change in the final tax on transfers of immovable property. Consequently this was a one off net tax credit which was not repeated in the 2016 financial results.
