GO plc – Changes to the Board of Directors

The company hereby announced that the following changes in its directors. The following non-executive directors of the Company have relinquished their post of Directors of the Company with effect from the 9th September 2016 

Mr. Deepak Srinivas Padmanabhan, Mr. Norbert Prihoda, Dr. Brigitte Zammit, Mr. Nikhil Prakash Patil and Mr. James Michael Kinsella.

 The company further announced that the following have been appointed as non-executive directors of the Company in their stead with effect from the 9th September 2016

 Mr. Nizar Bouguila, Mr. Sofiane Antar, Mr. Jamel Sakka, Mr. Faker Hnid and Mr. Philippe Jean Montourcier.

 The company also announced that Mr. Nizar Bouguila is being appointed as Chairman to the Board of Directors with effect from the same date.
