Plaza Centres plc – Acquisition of Property

The company announced that on the 27th of September it has entered the final deed to purchase the property named ‘Tigne Place’ consisting of office and commercial space along with related car park facilities. This acquisition is being effected as described in sections 4.2.1 and 13 of the registration document forming part of the prospectus dated 11th August 2016 issued in respect of €8,500,000 3.9% Unsecured Bonds 2026.
