Mizzi Organisation Finance plc – Redemption of Bond

Following the company’s announcement published on 12 April 2015, where the company resolved to redeem all the outstanding Mizzi Organisation Finance p.l.c 6.2% Unsecured Bonds 2016 – 2019, which bonds were issued by the company pursuant to the prospectus dated 29 October 2009. In line with the prospectus, the company announces that the bond will be redeemed in full on the 30th November 2016.

The bonds will be redeemed at par value of €100 per bond. To this effect holders appearing on the register of the 14 November 2016 (including trading activity up to the 10 November 2016) will, in two separate payments, receive the principal amount in full, together with the interest up top the 30 November 2016

Trading will be suspended as from the 11 November 2016.
