Malita Investments P.L.C – Interim Directors’ Statement – Errata Corrige

The Board of Directors' of Malita Investments p.l.c. announces that for the period between 1st June 2016 and the date of this Announcement, the performance of the Company was in line with forecasts made for the period. No material events or transactions arose which would have had an impact on the financial position of the Company, such that they would require specific disclosure. This statement is based on the unaudited management accounts of the Company as at 30th September 2016.

Subject to any unforseen circumstances, the Directors expect the Company's financial results for the year to be within those projected for the period.
