The Company registered a profit before tax of € 727,774 , compared to € 928,358 registered in 2016. The decrease is mainly attributable to the decrease in revenues a result of properties handed over to the Group for redevelopment and also the increase in administrative expenses. Revenue for the period under review amounted to € 1,538,256, a decline of 7.50% from 2016. EPS decreased to € 0.004.

No Dividends have declared upon the issue of the results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2017.
