Santumas Shareholdings plc-Approval of Annual Financial Statements

The Company registered a loss before tax of € 1,587,391, compared to €2,123,732, registered in 2016. Revenue for the period under review amounted to € 1,955,636, a decline of 21.22% from 2016. EPS increased to € 2.59.

The Directors do not propose any dividend for the year, however are proposing for approval at the forthcoming AGM a bonus of one share for every two shares held which will be funded by a capitalisation of reserves amounting to € 609,508.
