The Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 27th September 2017 in order to:

 

1. Consider and approve the Company’s Financial Statements for the six month period ending on 31st July 2017.

 

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of an interim dividend on all Ordinary Shares held by shareholders on the Register as on          Wednesday 4th October, 2017.
