Issue of Euro equivalent of €20,000,000 in 5% Subordinated Unsecured Bonds due 2027 issued in Euro and Pounds Sterling ("Bonds")

Mediterranean Bank plc announces that, in relation to the above Bond Issue, the Listing Authority has approved the Prospectus dated 25 September 2017 and has authorised the admissibility to listing of the Bonds on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange.

The abovementioned Prospectus will be available on Mediterranean Bank plc's website as of the 28 September 2017.
