NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in terms of Executive share Option Scheme rules of FIMBank plc, 52,349 Ordinary Shares of nominal value of US $0.50 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange plc with effect from, today Wednesday 27 December 2017
