Client Relationship Officer (Part-Time 15hrs pw)
Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited (JMFA), an investment services company licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority under the Investment Services Act, is seeking to recruit a part-time Client Relationship Officer for approximately 15 hours per week.
Client Relationship Officer (Part-Time 15hrs pw)
The successful candidate will be assisting an Investment Advisor and be responsible for providing a high level of service to their clients. The core responsibilities will include:
- Providing client support and handling client communications effectively
- Assistance with the preparation of documentation such as investor suitability reports and investment proposals
- Updating of client files (due to expired or missing information)
- Ongoing AML related checks on clients (to ensure client information in the system is up to date and complete)
- Liaising with the Compliance & AML team to ensure ongoing compliance to regulations
- Preparation of order forms (investment instructions)
- Preparation of monthly valuations to email to clients
Applicants will be considered if they are in possession of:
- A diploma or degree (or currently being pursued) related to financial services
- Experience in Client Relationship Management would be considered an asset, however adequate training will be provided
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Maltese both verbal and written
